Shipping

Please allow 2-3 weeks for collection orders to be filled. Allow 3-6 weeks for custom orders to be filled. Timing on custom orders is highly dependent on metal, material and design complexity.

Necessary shipping/transit time is not included in the shipping time estimate. USPS and UPS are who we ship with.

If you order is time sensitive, please message us to discuss desired delivery date.

Return/Exchanges

We want you to love your Twig Design piece, if you are not happy with it, you can return or exchange it within 7 days, given the piece is in like new condition.

There are no returns on custom orders.

We do not refund shipping fees.
